"Where do I begin?!! Bill was super helpful when I was shopping for the sectional. I came in to the shop quick to take a look around and found the perfect sectional ... for an amazing price. I had been looking around for a few months now with no luck. He had it delivered and put together. There was a small tear on one of the pieces of the sectional. He said no problem and a few days later sent another piece to replace the torn piece. The delivery men were great to work with as well. I won’t be looking anywhere else for furniture going forward! "Gosh where to start? My experience here was superb from the minute I walked in. The store is bright and clean, with a large selection of furniture without being ... overly crowded. After a few minutes I was greeted by Bill with a smile, and a friendly demeanor. We chatted for a few minutes and he was just super nice and helpful. I found the most beautiful sofa and loveseat set in an unusual color that I was looking for but had lost hope of ever finding without waiting for custom build. The price was decent too. "Super low pressure environment. Bill (owner) ended up giving me his card when we couldn't find what we were looking for. We were looking for a very specific size ... and shape of dining table. He just said if we found it elsewhere to give him a call or email to see if he could beat the price. After a few weeks, we found a table that we wanted at a competitor, but we weren't happy with how pushy their sales team was. I sent Bill an email and he was able to order me the same item for 20% less. We will be back for our future furniture needs!"

"My husband and I have been on the hunt for furniture. Not only were we turned off by prices but everything was going to take forever to come in.
Then we came into ... Furniture Gallery NW after seeing our friends had just bought couches here we decided to check it out.
Immediately we were greeted by Terry - who offered knowledge to us about the pieces on the showroom floor. He then left us alone to cruise through the store and try some things out.
We then found a couch we loved, and in Sale Price range to boot. He went over the quality and warranty of the furniture, making sure that we knew how to care for the furniture and what options were available to us payment wise.
He was very friendly, service was quick, and non-pushy. Terry was awesome to work with, very eager to help and personable. We will certainly send other people here for reference!
